This issue has been fixed, the affected server has been reinstalled and reconfigured successfully and services will be migrated over to it in the coming days.

We are still unable to find a way to resolve this issue and it has been postponed another week to allow us to attempt to fix the server.

We have encountered an issue that we were unable to find the root cause of however we are unable to fix this issue today, the maintenance period has been extended to the end of the week hopefully which by this issue will be resolved! We will provide updates as necessary.

The Pterodactyl Server is currently being reinstalled and reconfigured prior to use to fix some issues with it.
